सब्जियों को ग्रिल करते समय ग्रिलर में चारकोल के बड़े टुकड़े रखने की वजह मीडियम टुकड़े फैलाएं और फिर उन्हें गर्म करें |
खाने को ग्रिल करने से पहले अपने बीबीक्यू को प्री हीट जरूर करें |
अगर आप प्री हीट करने के बाद खाना पकाएंगे तो यह जल्दी ग्रिल हो जाएगा |
फ्रिज से कोई भी चीज निकाल कर सीधा ग्रिल कभी नहीं करनी चाहिए, ऐसा करने से खाना अंदर से कई बार कच्चा रह जाता है |
खाने को फ्रिज से निकालकर रूम टेंपरेचर पर आने दे उसके बाद ही ग्रिल करें |
