You must have never eaten this bean bhujia (vegetable) so easy and so spicy.
All of you will like this Bhujia (Vegetable) very much because this recipe is such that even big kids eat it with great fervor. If children do not like to eat green vegetables, then make them once and feed them.
I am sure they will definitely like it because I have also tried it at my home. In my house, the children eat with big chow.
And the most important thing about it is that it will not be harmful for children because no spices have been used in it.

Ingredients

  • Beans – 500 grams

  • Mustard oil – 4 tsp

  • Salt – tsp

  • Turmeric Powder – tsp

  • Whole red chili – 2

  • Cumin – tsp

Directions

  • First of all, we will wash all the beans, then cut them from the middle and keep them on the side.
  • Now put mustard oil in a pan and heat it, when the oil becomes hot, then we will add cumin seeds in it and it will start crackling, then we put whole red chili in it and cook it on high flame for 1 minute by covering it.
  • Now open its lid and add salt and turmeric to it and cover it on medium to flame.
    Will cook
  • This process will take about 5  to 7 minutes.
  • We will keep stirring occasionally with a spoon, checking so that the beans do not stick to the bottom.
  • So our hot bean curry is ready but to be served.
