Ingredients

  • Flour – 2 cups

  • Salt – 1/2 tsp

  • Baking powder – ½ tsp

  • Soya sauce – 1 tsp

  • Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp

  • Vinegar – 1 tsp

  • Grated Carrot and Cabbage

  • large chopped onion garlic green coriander

Directions

  • First of all, add a pinch of salt and water to the flour, knead it soft cover it and keep it aside to set.
  • Heat oil, add onion, garlic, carrot and cabbage and fry. Then add black pepper powder, soy sauce, salt and vinegar to it.
  • After this, make a round ball of flour and roll it out into a thin puri place the stuffing in the middle of the puri and close it by giving shape.
  • Now to prepare momos, take a steam vessel, cover it and cook it in steam on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • When it is cooked properly, take it out in a plate and serve it with red chilli chutney or mayonnaise.
