You all must have heard the name of Maggi Masala, but if you have never made it at home to date, then you must try it once in my way, you will not have any problem in making it, and believe me everyone will love it. Will like it. Everyone in my house likes this masala very much.

Ingredients(Material)

  •  Onion – 2.5 teaspoon

  •  Garlic – 2.5 teaspoons

  •  Dry mango powder – 1 teaspoon

  •  Corn flour – 2 spoons

  •  Fenugreek seeds – 1 teaspoon

  •  Coriander whole – 2 teaspoons

  •  Salt – as per taste

  •  Black pepper – 2 teaspoons

  •  Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon

  •  Red chilli flakes – 2 spoons

  •  Sugar – 8 spoons

  •  Dry ginger powder – 1 teaspoon

Directions(Method of making)

  •  To make Maggi masala, first of all we will collect all the spices in the right quantity and dry the whole spices in the sun for 2 hours so that all the moisture gets removed from the spices.
  • Now we will keep a pan on the gas and as soon as the pan gets hot, we will cook the whole spices in it on low flame until the aroma starts coming from these spices, after that we will turn off the gas and keep the spices to cool down.
  • Now grind the spices thoroughly in a grinder and make powder.
  • Now open the grinder, add onion, garlic, sugar, dry mango powder, cornflour, dry ginger, turmeric powder, chili flakes and salt and grind it again, so that all the spices get mixed well. Filter this spice once.
  • And now take out all the spices in a plate and mix them with the help of a spoon. Then in another plate, filter the spices two to three times so that all the spices mix well and the coarse grains are removed.
  • So, Maggi masala is ready, now you can put it in a dry jar and store it for a long time.
