Today I will tell you some easy tips to make crispy pakodas.

To make crispy pakodas, add a little rice flour while making the gram flour batter.

If you add 2 spoons of arrowroot in gram flour then the pakoras will become very crunchy.

While mixing gram flour, we will use chilled water.

If you make vegetable pakoras, then cut them very finely or cut them thinly.

Most importantly, to make crispy pakodas, take mustard oil and heat it thoroughly.

After that, fry the pakodas on low or medium flame till they turn red from both sides.

To prevent the pakodas from absorbing too much oil, add half a teaspoon of salt to the oil.

Now take out the fried pakodas on a plate and serve them with Asand chutney.
