Ingredients

  • Oats – 1 cup

  • Flour – ¼ cup

  • Water – as per requirement

Directions

  • To make a smooth dough, first place the oats in a mixer jar and ground them until they are as thin as flour. Then, place the oats and flour in a mixing ball, add flour to the ball, mix the two together, add a little water, and knead the dough with your hands.
  • As soon as the dough is delivered, it will be covered and set aside for five minutes. You may make it now if you’re pressed for time, but it will set well in five minutes, leaving the puffiness of the puri undeniable. Puris get puffed up.
  • After five minutes, split the dough into little balls and roll them out just like puris. Avoid making them too thin, since this will prevent the puri from rising.
  • Pour refined oil into the pan and turn the heat to high now, on the opposite side. One by one, we will carefully fry the rolled puris after it becomes really hot. They will be exceptional in every manner. We’re going to have puffy hot muesli. It’s time to serve Puri.
