Ingredients

  • Almonds – 250 grams

  • Sugar – 1 cup

  • Milk – 1 cup

  • silver work

Directions

  • Grind the almonds finely in a bladder with milk before making almond barfi.
  • Next, transfer the ground paste to a deep pan and stir in the sugar.
  • Cook the sugar over low heat until it dissolves completely.
  • Remove the paste from the gas and set it aside to cool slightly after cooking it until it thickens.
  • Apply ghee to a dish now, fill it with all of the mixers, add silver work, and garnish with your preferred chopped dried fruits.
