Ingredients

  • Peas – 2 cups

  •  Potato – 3

  •  Onion – 2 (finely chopped)

  •  Green chilli – 2

  •  Kashmiri red chilli powder – ½ tsp

  •  Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

  •  Cumin – ½ tsp

  •  Salt – ½ teaspoon

  •  Mustard oil – 4 teaspoons

  •  Whole red chilli – 2

Directions

  • Cut the potatoes into two pieces after washing and peeling them.
  • Once the potatoes have cooked for two to three whistles, remove the pressure cooker from the burner and let it cool.
  •  Conversely, warm up some oil in a skillet and add the cumin seeds.
  • When the cumin begins to crackle, add the onion and whole red chillies. Fry for five minutes or until the onion’s colour changes. Next, add the green chillies, tomato, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • Will mix all these things well. Cook the green chillies for some time, then add Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and fry everything well or until the spices start releasing oil.
  •  Mix fresh green peas in roasted spices and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Now add boiled potatoes to it and mix everything well.
  • Now add the water and Kasuri fenugreek based on the gravy. After it comes to a boil, add the garam masala and switch off the gas. Moreover, provide the veggie hot puri.
  • It’s now time to serve our spicy curry with potatoes and peas.
