You must have made and had a lot of various kinds of fried rice up to this point. However, if you haven’t made and consumed chicken fried rice at home before, you should certainly try my recipe for Singaporean chicken fried rice; you’ll love it.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

  • Chopped onion – ¾ cup

  • Capsicum – ¾ cup

  • Chicken chopped – 2 cups

  • Egg – 4

  • Rice Basmati – 4 cups

  • Soy sauce – ⅓ cup

  • Chilli Garlic Sauce – 3 spoons

  • Green beans – 1 cup

Directions

  • Before preparing chicken fried rice, preheat some oil in a pan.
  • Add the egg now and cook, stirring carefully, for one to two minutes, or until scrambled.
  • Next, add two teaspoons of oil to the pan once again and heat it.
  • After that, add the onion, capsicum, and green beans, and simmer for an additional four to five minutes.
  • After this, add chicken to it and fry it well. Only after roasting the chicken, add rice to it.
  • Now add soya sauce, chilli garlic sauce to it and mix everything and cook well for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • After this, add fried eggs to it and mix everything together again.
  • Turn off the gas after 1 to 2 minutes.
