Directions
- There are several methods to make grape vegetables. However, the recipe I’m going to share with you today was made by combining all the components, including tomato, onion, and garlic, as well as the addition of dried fruits. It tastes quite well, too.
- Therefore, give it a go this manner once and let us know how it turned out.
- Now add cumin seeds and more oil to the same pan. Once the cumin seeds begin to crackle, add the onion and green chilies and continue to sauté, turning constantly with a spoon.
- Add the tomatoes, garlic-ginger paste, and salt when the onion starts to turn a golden hue. Then thoroughly combine everything and simmer until the raw garlic juice is extracted.
- Add the coriander, turmeric, and red chilli powders now, and stir to combine the spices.
- Once the masala begins to release oil, we will add the shredded cheese and toss with a spoon to combine it with the spices.
- After frying them for two to three minutes, add sugar and continue to cook for another minute.
- After that, combine the dried fruits and green coriander, add the grapes and fried cheese, stir everything thoroughly, cover, and simmer for five to seven minutes.
- We will use a spoon to mash five to seven grapes after the water and the grapes are somewhat mushy so that the grape flavour permeates the veggie.
- Next, we will remove the vegetable in a ball, add green coriander and switch off the stove.
- It’s now time to serve our spicy grape curry.
Notes
- Now if you want, you can make it without dry fruits and if you do not like to eat onion and garlic then you can skip it too.
