What to eat and what not to eat during the Navratri fast?

Navratri fast is for 9 days. Today in this post I will tell you the complete list of what you should eat and what you should not eat during this fast.

Tea Coffee

One should not drink coffee in large quantities during the Navratri fast, as it causes dehydration.

Stay away from fried food

While breaking the fast, do not consume fried foods in large quantities, this increases the calorie intake.

Eating cheese increases lethargy in the body. To avoid lethargy, keep your distance from cheese during the Navratri fast.

Fruit consumption

Apart from seasonal fruits, there are many other fruits like banana, and coconut which you should include in your diet.

Dry fruits

During Navratri, if you want to keep your body as energetic as on normal days, then definitely include dry fruits in your diet.
