Aloo Bhindi ki Sabji is a well-known, delectable vegetable that is made at home every day with little seasonings.

All members of the household, young and old alike, adore this vegetable. When cooked with fewer additions, this vegetable keeps well for longer.

This vegetable keeps well in a child’s tiffin, so you may also feed it to them.

I will thus list the items you will need for this first, followed by instructions on how to cook it.

  • Ladyfinger – 500 grams

  •  Onion – 2

  •  Potato – 2

  •  Green chilli – 4

  •  Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

  •  Dry mango powder – ¼ teaspoon

  •  Coriander powder – ⅓

  •  Salt – as per taste

  •  Desi ghee – 3 spoons

Directions

  • Wash the Bhindi, pat dry with a cotton fabric, and then chop it into 1-inch pieces before frying it.
  • Peel and chop the potatoes in the same way.
  • Flame in Media In a skillet, heat the ghee and cook the onion till it becomes yellow.
  • We’re going to add potato chunks, mix them up, and cook them together with the onion.
  • Next, stir in the salt to taste, the dry mango powder, and the coriander powder.
  •  Next, combine all the ingredients, including ladyfinger and turmeric powder, and stir.
  • After thoroughly mixing everything with a little water, cover and simmer over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • We’ll continue to monitor every so often to make sure our veggie doesn’t burn. Once the potatoes and ladyfinger are well cooked, we will remove them from the heat source, stir in the green coriander, transfer the hot curry to a bowl, and serve.
