  • Cashew – 10 to 12

  • Cinnamon – 1 inch piece

  • Black Pepper –  4

  • Cardamom – 2

Directions

  • First of all, we will wash the rice with clean water two or three times and put it in a bowl and put a glass of water and keep it soaked.
  • After 10 minutes, take the cooker and heat it, when it becomes hot, then add ghee in it, I have taken 5 tsp of ghee.
  • All the ghee will be used here, as soon as the ghee becomes hot, we will put all our spices (khada garam masala) in it, and fry it lightly.
  • When it becomes golden, put cashew nuts in it, fry it a little, as soon as it is done, add green peas, fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Next, after taking out water from the rice in the bowl that I had soaked, I will put it too.
  • Fry it for a minute or two and then add water to it.
  • So as I have taken a glass of rice, I will add one and a half glasses of water to it.
  • Let it come to boiling on high flame, wait for two whistles and turn off the stove and let the cooker cool down and when it cools down, serve it in a plate of your choice.
