Ingredients
Flour – 2 cups
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Grated Carrot and Cabbage
large chopped onion garlic green coriander
Directions
- First of all, add a pinch of salt and water to the flour, knead it soft cover it and keep it aside to set.
- Heat oil, add onion, garlic, carrot and cabbage and fry. Then add black pepper powder, soy sauce, salt and vinegar to it.
- After this, make a round ball of flour and roll it out into a thin puri place the stuffing in the middle of the puri and close it by giving shape.
- Now to prepare momos, take a steam vessel, cover it and cook it in steam on low flame for 10 minutes.
- When it is cooked properly, take it out in a plate and serve it with red chilli chutney or mayonnaise.
