Some easy tips to enhance the taste of gravy in vegetables.

To add taste and thickness to the gravy, some things will be added while cooking.

To enhance the taste of gravy, we will use ghee instead of oil. This makes the vegetable very tasty.

While frying vegetable gravy, add some sugar. Vegetables taste even tastier than this.

If you are using garlic ginger paste then keep garlic ginger in 60 – 40 ratio.

To enhance the colour and thickness of the vegetable, we will use crushed tomato in the vegetable.
