A very easy method to make Raw Mango Chutney. This chutney is not only tasty but also very healthy. So let’s learn how to make it.

Ingredients

  • Raw Mango – 2

  • Cumin – 1  tsp

  • Ajwain – 1 tsp

  • Fenugreek – half tsp

  • Salt – half tsp

  • Sugar – 1  tsp

  • Mustard oil – 3 or 4  tsp

  • Whole red chili – 4

Directions

  • First of all, we will take out the peels of mango and wash it.
  • After that cut it into long sizes and put the peeled and cut pieces in the mixer.
  • After that, we will turn on the gas, keep a pan on it and heat it. Once it becomes hot, put mustard oil in it.
  • Cook all the things a little, as soon as the aroma starts coming from it, turn off the gas, and let it cool down.

    When it cools down completely, put it in the same mixer in which I had put mangoes, after that add both sugar and salt to it.
  • We will grind all the things together, after grinding, take it out in a plate and serve it, it takes only 5 minutes to make it, so it is not really very easy to make.
  • And it is neither too sour nor sweet, it is very tasty to eat, once you guys try making it in this way, eat and enjoy. You can keep this chutney in the fridge and eat it for 1 month. This chutney does not spoil quickly.
