Do you know that sesame pickle is very tasty? By the way, sesame is used in many recipes. Such as chutney, bread items, sweets, namkeen, curry chutney, green chutney etc.

Sesame is also highly praised in Ayurveda. Sesame is also used for cures in many diseases.

A lot of calcium is found in sesame, along with it also contains many types of minerals and vitamins.

There are two types of sesame seeds available in the market, one of black color and one of white color comes with a white peel, whose color is light pink.

But today I am telling you the recipe of making white sesame pickle without peel. So let’s know how to make it.

You must have eaten your pickles in many ways, but if you have never eaten sesame pickles, then make and eat it once. It is very easy and very spicy and I am sure you all will like it.

Ingredients

  • Sesame white sesame – 1 bowl

  • Green chili – 4

  • Ginger – tsp

  • Salt – tsp

  • Oil – 1 tsp

Directions

  • First of all, put oil in a pan and heat it a little, then add sesame seeds and fry it, the sesame will start to turn a little brown, then turn off the gas and let the sesame cool down.
  • Now put cold sesame in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.
  • Now put green chili in it and grind it coarsely. Grate ginger and keep it.
  • Now put all the things in a bowl with sesame, green chilies and grated ginger, and mix them well.
  • So our sesame pickle is ready to serve.

Notes

  • Many people also make this recipe by adding onions, I have made it without onion and garlic. If you feel like eating onion garlic chutney / pickle, then you can also make it by adding onion garlic to it.
